We were having a Deptartment of Environmental Quality Audit at our facility and were asked what actually happens to our recyclables after they are picked up for recycling. Not knowing off-hand, we went to the Thermo Fluids website. After a short visit to the website we were able to answer all of the pertinent audit questions, especially referencing Federal and State laws & regulations for recycling and handling of our recyclable materials. Sometimes companies overlook the value of customer service through their website. Thermo Fluids has not made this mistake and I personally appreciate the effort.
